Ingredients:
– 1 packet Lipton french onion gravy mix
– 3 tablespoons unsalted butter
– 1 tablespoon garlic paste
– 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
– 2 cups water
– 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
– 1 teaspoon poultry seasoning
Preparation:
1. In a small saucepan over medium heat, add butter and garlic paste. Cook for 1 minute or until garlic starts to brown.
2. Add flour to the mixture and cook for an additional 30 seconds.
3. Whisk in water until combined, then add Worcestershire sauce and poultry seasoning. Stir well.
4. Bring the mixture to a boil, reduce heat, and simmer until desired consistency is reached.
